Q: What packaging does your factory use?
A: PE bag with kraft carton package, using EPE for safeguard, flight case is available if needed.

Q: When you will ship the product after I send the money?
A: Mini order,3-5 working days.Under 1000 pcs,10-20 days normally. More than 1000 pcs, 20-35 days.

Q: Is the sample available?
A: Yes, but the client need to pay the sample fee and delivery fee

Q: How long for the warranty?
A: All our products have one year warranty period. If there's any problems with the light(without improper operation and outside force)during the first year,free parts and after service will be provided. 

Q: What is the payment method?
A: TT / Western Union / Money Gram / Paypal.
30% deposit and 70% before shipment. If it is not a big amount, we suggest you transfer the full amount at one time, because there will be bank process fee for each payment, it will be a lot of money if you make twice payment.
